BLADETRICKS CLASSIC MINI ICE PRYBAR

The Bladetricks Classic Mini Ice Pry is the original tactical prybar that defines my philosophy. I designed the first Ice Pry in 2010, and it has since become my most successful work. I see countless others attempting to replicate it, but this remains the original: a minimalist and truly foolproof EDC tool for those who understand that simplicity is the ultimate security.

This Mini version is my answer for those who require the same pry and pick capability in a shorter, more discreet package. The Classic Mini Ice Pry is a multipurpose tactical prybar, scaled down for daily carry without compromising the raw utility of the full-sized version. It is a quiet essential for the modern urban environment where a reliable and simple tool is often the difference between being trapped or being free.

My goal for this EDC prybar was simple: to create a versatile instrument that would never fail. The Classic Mini Ice Pry is the blueprint for tactical simplicity, now executed with enhanced toughness. The design deliberately fuses essential functions: wedge, prybar, ice pick, awl, flat screwdriver, and a last-ditch tactical dagger. It is the core tool of my own urban kit.

For this batch, I used C67S spring steel, a high-performance equivalent to 1070. I chose this specific steel for its exceptional toughness; it is the reason this alloy is prized for large blades, machetes, and impact tools like chisels or hammers. I carefully heat-treated it in my electric kiln to ensure this prybar will bend where others shatter. It is an EDC prybar built to endure extreme impact and deflection while maintaining structural resilience.

The handle section is wrapped with hollow paracord, ensuring a clean, low-profile grip that disappears in the hand while maintaining total control over the tool. The Bladetricks Classic Mini Ice Pry measures 155 mm and stands as my personal standard for what a multi-purpose tactical prybar should be. It is the evolution of a decade of real-world feedback and cold steel.
