SHIPPING POLICY

  • All shipping fees must be collected prior to the item(s) shipping.
  • We will only ship to confirmed addresses, as listed in the payment details, telephone number included.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bladetricks and the buyer, Bladetricks will have the sole and absolute discretion to select the method of shipment, routing of shipment and selection of carrier.
  • Customers placing orders to be shipped internationally take all responsibility for any customs and/or duties associated with their shipment.
  • All shipments are inspected, checked and well packed before leaving Bladetricks. Any damage that occurs may be solely through negligence of the carrier. Bladetricks assumes no liability for delay, loss of or damage to the goods after shipment has been picked up by the carrier and risk of loss with respect to the goods passes to the buyer.
  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment might get lost or will be returned to our facility.

 

Unclaimed orders

  • All shipments are inspected, checked and well packed before the first shipping. Any damage that occurs may be solely through negligence of the carrier and / or customs employees. Bladetricks assumes no liability for delay, loss or damage to the goods after the first shipment has been picked up by the first carrier and risk of delay, loss and / or damage with respect to the goods passes to the buyer.
  • Bladetricks cannot guarantee the original condition of unclaimed / returned items. Bladetricks will not be held responsible for shipped but unclaimed orders. Unclaimed means that the post office left an Attempted Delivery Notification because the item was not picked up at the destination post office and/or the purchaser made no attempt to schedule re-delivery in a timely manner. A local post office will normally hold a package for pick up or re-delivery for 1–3 weeks before returning the package to the sender. Bladetricks will treat unclaimed orders as fullfilled, won’t claim the order back and won’t be able to issue a refund or partial refund.
  • Returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping to the same customer.
  • DUE TO OUR REMOTE LOCATION, I ONLY SHIP ORDERS ONCE A MONTH.
